The 79th meeting of the EAEEG will be held on May 8th and 9th, 2026 (Fri/Sat).

It will be located at the Montreal Neurological Institute, centering in the Jeanne Timmins Amphitheatre. 

The Meeting Program will be available by late February 2026.

Accommodations

Attendees will be asked to make their own lodging reservations in Montreal, though we are happy to provide guidance on hotels (please see contact information below).

Meals

Lunch is included with your EAEEG Registration Fee.

A special dinner will be reserved for our group at 6pm on Friday, May 8th. The cost will be $60 (including 16% Gratuities and 15% taxes). If you would like to attend the dinner, please RSVP to eaeeg.inc@gmail.com by April 8th.
